This program is available that liaisons between your insurance company and you to help you get coverage for your hyperhidrosis treatments. You must have third party insurance and a valid credit card to apply for this option. The only cost paid by you at the clinic would be the injector fee. If your insurance denies your request for coverage, the program will cover the cost of the botulinum toxin type A used for your first treatment.
Pay Out of Pocket - This option is for those who do not have third party insurance and do not qualify for exceptional drug status. The patient would cover the cost of the Botox at their pharmacy and the injector fee at the clinic.
